I am a Grade 11 student at Besant Hill International School in Huizhou, China, pursuing physics as my intended major. My intellectual journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity about how the physical world works — from the mechanics of a golf ball in flight to the elegant equations that govern matter and energy.
My academic path has been deliberately rigorous. I've taken AP courses since Grade 9, earning consistent top scores across sciences, mathematics, and humanities. In 2026, I'm preparing for five AP exams simultaneously, including AP Physics C: Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism — the most demanding physics coursework available at the high school level.
Beyond the classroom, I am a published researcher who studied the aerodynamics of golf balls, blending my scientific interests with my athletic background. Currently, I am conducting a new research project under the mentorship of Dr. Daniel Fredrich at the University of Cambridge through the CCIR program, where I was awarded a competitive STEM Scholarship.
I am also a competitive golfer with over eight years of experience and 25 regional awards, including a first-place finish in the Shenzhen Youth Open. Golf has taught me precision, discipline, and the patience to pursue mastery — values I carry into every research project and academic challenge.
